Bring County picnic tables to town and deliver as directed by Michelle (locations around town depending on number of tables).

Bring in and set up bleachers (13) and Riding club waste and recycle cans to the pumpkin drop area from Rodeo Grounds, return after the event.

Bring in the stage ramp from County Yard and return after event.

Set up chairs in the arena Friday afternoon.

Cleanup the arena (430pm) Saturday, chairs away, tables and chairs setup for Sunday.
