You will have aprons, cash bags, float, debit machines, 3 colours of wristbands (green, orange are $20, blue are $10), a tent, posters for 50 50, maps/schedule printouts, QR code for website schedule.

13 and under are free for bus rides and weigh off entry however they will have to pay for corn maze.

  • Take payments for wristbands and provide info to the visitors – encourage walking from downtown to the complex by using the trails on the map.
  • Scan any pre-purchased Eventbrite tickets and give the purchaser their wristbands (use 2 lines if it is busy, one for pre paid and one for buying today). We will send yo the link to load the Eventbrite scan to you phone.
  • Payments will be cash, debit, credit – you’ll have a float.
  • Encourage people to buy the 50 50 by directing them to the QR code poster for the draw.
  • Wristbands are also available at pancake breakfast so if you have a long line up early, send people to buy there too.
  • If needed, the parking team may need a few of the info booth people to relieve the parking folks for their breaks.
  • Let them know they can have the schedule and map on their phone by scanning the website QR code, or they can take a paper copy (we’ll have limited paper copies)
  • Ensure those taking a blue wristband are aware they are to pay for entry to weigh off and corn maze – blue is only for bus use.
  • Shylha will come by and pickup cash if you have a lot. Put extra cash that is too much for your aprons in the cash deposit bag and wait for her to collect.
  • Questions to Katilynn if you have any. She will be at the main booths by parking with you.
  • Keep your area clean too.
  • End of shift, take down tent and leave at the site (we will send someone to pickup), pack up cash and give to Shylha with the machines, left over wristbands, and posters/papers.
