Volunteer Directions

• Thank you all for joining us for Sunday of the Pumpkin Fair – our families appreciate it!
• You will be issued a food voucher you can use at any of the food trucks or concession. 
• Water will be available at the souvenir booth in the hall, for volunteers.
• Bouncy Stations

              1. Safety role – please stay at your station and manage the safety of the participants

             2. If you see something unsafe, close the station and seek out Rachelle.

             3. Ensure all the users have a wristband – adults are free and don’t need one.

             4. Follow the directions provided at the station by Rachelle.

• Admission – 4 onsite for 9:30 to 1:30pm – at both complex sets of doors – we open doors at 8:30 am so there may be people without wristbands who need to come back and get. 
• You’ll need an apron, float, hand stamps, debit machine – all from Crystal
• Take cash or debit/credit payments for admissions $5 – over 13 are free.

• Issue a wristband to all paying customers.

• Souvenirs – refer to souvenir sellers’ sheet
• End of day – assist with cleanup – tables, chairs to put away, waste to the dumpsters, all the cash, wristbands, etc take to souvenir booth.

• Live Music (Local talent performing 30-minute sets; 8 different sets running from 10am to 2pm)
