- You will be issued a food voucher you can use at any of the food trucks or concession.

- Water will be available at the souvenir booth in the hall, for volunteers.

- Orientation to the Moneris machines and the raffle details will be done at the beginning of each day.

1. Sell items as provided.
2. Sell raffle tickets for quilt.
3. Encourage 50 50 ticket sales – scanning QR code.
4. Act as info booth to the best of your knowledge.
5. Provide maps, wristbands, and schedule as required.
6. Hand off to next shift – explain the use of the machines, any outstanding issues, need for cash drop (if over $2000 on hand, call for cash drop Shylha 780 656 6209 or Michelle 780 656 5398.

 

Other duties – collect cash and other items dropped off from rest of the team. Label if needed, secure. Ensure all cash is given to Crystal at the end of the day, machines can be locked up in bingo room (Michelle has key) and returned to Crystal on Sunday.

 

End of day – assist with cleanup – tables, chairs to put away, waste to the dumpsters, all the cash, wristbands, etc. to Crystal or Michelle.
