MAINTENANCE STAFF:

1. Set up all signage throughout town (Thursday before Friday Kick-off)

2. Set up and inflate pumpkin balloon in tennis court (Thursday or Friday)

3. Assist in the set up of the markers for the Fire Lake and Handicap Zone

4. Provide the road closures for both the Weigh-off and the Show 'N' Shine

5. Replace flags at Complex, Pumpkin Park and Museum (as soon as required)

 

ADMIN STAFF

1. Registration of Growers at Arena
2. Selling souvenirs
3. Working the gate
4. Car Show
5. Sunday - help with the clean-up of materials in the arena
